Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of termsOpen by default

By using any OrbitLink Pay service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms of Service and any subsequent amendments.

If you do not agree to any provision, you should immediately stop using the services.

2. Nature of servicesClick to review

OrbitLink Pay is an organization that provides cross-border payment services, primarily processing USD cross-border receipts and related payment services for eligible business customers.

ORBITAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD has registered with FinCEN in the United States as a Money Services Business under registration number 31000305990729, and OrbitLink Pay has completed FINTRAC MSB registration in Canada.

3. User eligibilityClick to review

You must be an individual who is at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or a legally registered and validly existing business entity.

You represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

OrbitLink Pay may require you to complete KYC verification and ongoing due diligence.

The services are limited to lawful commercial purposes.

4. User obligationsClick to review

You agree to strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations, especially anti-money laundering requirements.

You agree to ensure that transaction funds have lawful sources and that you do not engage in any unlawful activity.

You agree to actively cooperate with identity verification, transaction review, and submission of materials required by regulatory obligations.

You agree to properly safeguard account credentials and bear responsibility for losses caused by account security issues.

You agree to promptly notify OrbitLink Pay if you discover any account abnormality.

5. Prohibited activitiesClick to review

You may not use the services for any activity that violates any law or regulation.

You may not use the services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activity.

You may not provide false or misleading information.

You may not interfere with, bypass, or damage OrbitLink Pay's risk-control systems.

You may not use the services for gambling, betting, or other high-risk businesses that OrbitLink Pay considers inappropriate.

6. FeesClick to review

Service fees are subject to the rates disclosed by the platform.

OrbitLink Pay will provide advance notice before material fee adjustments.

You agree that OrbitLink Pay may deduct applicable fees from transaction amounts.

The actual amount received may be reduced by fees charged by third-party channels.

7. Risks and disclaimerClick to review

Cross-border payment services involve inherent risks, including transaction delay, rejection, exchange-rate fluctuation, fund freeze, regulatory review, and other risks.

OrbitLink Pay itself is not a bank.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbitLink Pay is not liable for any loss arising from use of the services.

OrbitLink Pay does not provide any guarantee of fund safety, transaction success, or service continuity. By using the services, you acknowledge that you fully understand and independently assume all risks.

8. Account freeze and terminationClick to review

OrbitLink Pay may suspend, freeze, or terminate services if you violate these Terms of Service.

OrbitLink Pay may suspend, freeze, or terminate services if suspected illegal or high-risk activity is discovered.

OrbitLink Pay may suspend, freeze, or terminate services if required by regulators or cooperation channels.

9. Force majeureClick to review

OrbitLink Pay is not liable for service interruption or delay caused by earthquakes, war, pandemic, regulatory policy changes, or other unforeseeable and uncontrollable events.

10. Complaint handlingClick to review

Complaints should be submitted to [email protected].

OrbitLink Pay will respond within 10 business days after receipt and will strive to complete handling within 30 business days.

11. Changes and governing lawClick to review

OrbitLink Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Modified terms will be announced on the website or notified by email. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the modifications.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be submitted to courts with competent jurisdiction in Colorado.

12. Miscellaneous and contactClick to review

These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between the parties. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

OrbitLink Pay reserves the right of final interpretation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
